Staff was top-class and caring, I didn't feel like leaving!

Everything was very good and met my requirements. Had very good stay overall, nicely decorated place and the weather was beautiful. I loved the room with a beautiful view, the bed was very comfy. The pool area was lovely and the location was lovely and perfect, right by the beach or VIP service, and Usain Boldt restaurant. It also was down the sand.

I loved that the room was brand-new and well furnished with 2 full beds. This was a beautiful and perfect location just off the Italian restaurant, the gourmet restaurant and at breakfast.

The units are impressive, luxurious with double-sink bathroom and an awesome view, for example. The casual restaurant is amazing for dinner.

In overall, the place is gorgeous, has efficient staff with my butler and the concierge. The rooms are brand-new and well furnished and have unbelievable view of the beach. The gourmet restaurant in the hotel is excellent for dinner.

Absolutely great hotel with compassionate stuff from the bellboy to the check-in desk people to the butler, everything was well-maintained. My room was quiet with a king bed. The restaurant here was amazing for lunch.

Hotel's room was huge and impeccably clean with an awesome view of the beach. I had a very comfy bed, and so many space and a writing desk. The location was stunning - not far from the reef, Mexico and Jamaica and all the different restaurants.

The location was lovely and unbeatable - short way from everywhere we wanted to go. We ate in the gourmet restaurant nearby. Had themed room with showers for the evening and jacuzzi inside, as for instance, and protected with safe. The breakfast was perfect, so much to pick from.

Its location was lovely and perfect on whereandwhen events was taking place there. The room we were given a free upgrade to was themed and included Wi-Fi, it's own balcony, and coffee.

the value for money was unbeatable. The prices were really reasonable for the amazing experience I had. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff made sure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. They even provided basic amenities and the rooms had a jetted jacuzzi tub which was a great bonus. Lastly, the location right by the beach was perfect. I could relax under a tent on the sand and enjoy the beautiful ocean views.

Everything was outstanding, no complaints at all!

Furniture of the rooms a bit outdated.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel in Montego Bay. The value for my money was exceptional, and the room was absolutely stunning with a jacuzzi tub and a balcony swing. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and the staff treated me like VIP, always friendly and helpful.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was having more variety of fresh fruit options.

The breakfasts were good with healthy options, many varieties plus all of which were very good and all the staff was very polite. Location: the hotel was near Port Marie oceanfront restaurant and the island from the airport to the resort. I ate at the beachfront restaurant near the property.
